Can you do this naked AJ? that would be motivating…breathingletting the negative out good thoughts only, hot oils, lots of hugs, beach walks.
Be grateful for simple things, it will shift your thoughts x

Been in the tax business I’m very familiar with the “I’m stress” statement. In the high peak of tax season there are deadlines that I must meet, bringing an offset of fear/ pressure. My stress free strategy is going for an outdoor run(typically the reservoir). There I became aware of the beauty on this earth. Realizing how simple life is and how blessed I’m to be also created with the same love and care. Xoxo
