Make your weakness your superpower.

Weaknesses are like magnets that attract others to you. Not neediness, necessarily. We have to have done work on ourselves, surrendering to the work of the Spirit by admitting weakness and inviting strength and connection. But it’s in the admitting, the relating, and the encouraging of others… “I’m not better than… I’m like you… You too can get through…” That’s where the magic happens.

And when we can own and even celebrate our human brokenness, shame loses its power and strength and divine purpose fills in the gaps. Your failure leads to a stronger future. Your weakness becomes your superpower.

Not to mention, God is honored, people are served, and you will be fulfilled.

That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. — Paul (2 Corinthians 12:10)
