AJ Mihrzad, did the exact same thing yesterday, journaled about it. I told my coach that in the midst of a big funk (bound nature in MPI lingo) I used a lifeline, ” phoned a friend” , that is I went to the gym and worked out. Ive said many times, during my years of clinical depression, exercise was literally my lifeline. World’s most powerful anti-depressant!
Post pushed me from the take a day off to the workout and have a great day side of the fence. Thanks brah!
