When it comes to Online Coaching, What do You Need Support with Most? *Post it in the Comments. PrevNext
Currently, we pay $1 to make $4 online. I want to make $1,000,000 a year online.
I am testing a new funnel with a lead magnet (gated content) with a $12 upgrade and then a OTO for our $28 program. The $28 program is where we upsell into high ticket programs $1300+.
I want to get 60 people a month to do the $28 program. I normally get $1 per click on the FB ad for lead magnet and then LP is 35% conversion. Now, just need to see numbers after that.
AM I on the right path here and once I know full numbers I can just scale my ad spend and get my 60 signups into $28 product a month??
getting off the ground.. sending a clear message to talk to the specific market I want to reach…Where to reach that market.
Creating systems to ensure the business is self-sustainable as much as possible.
We are doing 21 day video challenge and 21 day Challenge for our following. We are creating specific content for our program that we are filming ourselves and that is taking a bit of time, but people that are in our program are seeing amazing results. The only problem is that we haven’t gotten any clients from outside our following. Are there any ways to do that besides FB adds? Or should we just finish the 21 day Challenge and then think about that.
Creating systems to make my product offering as automated as possible and learning paid traffic to most effectually bring high quality leads.
How to get going. Systems and how to set it up .
Thanks for the feedback!
My biggest question is:
After you’ve determined your market and are beginning to attract those types of people, do you build out your course first, based off the customer feedback you’ve already received, then sell the course?
Or do you sell to the clients, then build it out, day by day, specifically tailoring it to that specific client group’s needs/feedback?
Thanks again, AJ.

Terrell Lloyd I have to disagree that the online world is totally different than the offline world. I own 3 studios as of last week and I’ve never had a non 6 figure year. Online is a different animal all together. If you’re coaching clients offline it’s less challenging to figure out learning pathways, build rapport, and physically assist transformation. Online the skill sets to assist your clients are different. My online business took off when I finally figured that out. Just my opinion. Boom!!!
