In the moment, watch motivational videos! Helps bring that productive, positive state of mind back
Prayer, music and remind myself of my blessings!
I go to church in the morning to pray for thirty minutes which prevents me from having a bad day
Observe my thoughts.. Usually realise I’m upset over things that are not so bad in reality. Also go for a long walk, call a friend. ?
Pick up a motivational book. Right now it’s The Magic Of Thinking Big or The Rhythm of Life…

Call your closest friend because we are never alone and things are never as bad as we preceive!
You can always change the way you think of your reality which can let go of the suffering

Awesome video and ideas ideas AJ****. It’s life isn’t it? And its videos like these that set you apart from others. It’s easier to post videos when things are great but it is the stress in life that challenges and drains our energy if we don’t counter it. One of the best things for me when I’m upset or in a negative place is to move, so to move the negative energy out. And it needs to be for me, at least forty five minutes to an hour. I’ll get out of the house, take a walk or hike, or put on music like you said and dance. And what you said in not worrying alone. So important to share! Thanks ??

Thank you for sharing this I sometimes feel like this but what I do is I get out of the house and just go to the park just to breathe fresh air it feels great I hope you feel better your an amazing person ! 🙂
I watch your positive videos!!
i change my inner dialogue, i walk myself through it mentally, totally vent with someone, exercise – stress drives ur workouts, watch tv for diversion. Text my kids I love u, so that I can feel their love back, or if they are around grab them for a bear hug !

It happened two days ago. I was having a pity party. I vented to my best friend who happens to be my girlfriend and then I messaged a friend who asked me how life and business are going. After writing back and telling him my frustrations I ended the message by telling him I hate hearing myself complain and I recognized how blessed I am. So I immediately went in to appreciation and gratitude mode.
I pressed send prematurely. 1. Gratitude and appreciation. 2. Changed my state by moving!!! I was sitting on my couch feeling down, so I got up and moved! I showered, then took my dogs for a walk. 3. Coffee and Guns n Roses with volume at 11!

4. Do a kinesiology balance on myself
5. Have a chat with a wise friend

Coach Forrest Folen taught me how to use flow switches and it changed my world. Basically, I visualize a flow switch / valve on my hand that I can adjust. It let’s me control the energy, wether I turn it down, turn it up, or redirect it, depending on what I’m dealing with. I can actually draw the “switch” on my hand, if I feel like I’ll need to revisit it a few times throughout the day. Paired with a bit more visualization and some deep breathing, it fixes a bad day instantly for me.
Love that. I gotta try that method. Forrest is a wise dude

I miss having friends to call and vent when I have a bad day, but I do dance, go for walks, think of all the things I do have etc. :>)
Meditate n focus on all the positive things in my life and all the things I have to be grateful for
