Advice for someone who is settling…. have a heart to heart. Ask them why they are settling. What are they afraid of? Many times people settle because they think they don’t have another choice. They think it’s either stay in the proverbial room close the door. Show them the window. Let them know you believe in them, and the power they have in their own life to be their best. When people believe that you see magic in them, they start to believe it too.
