If Jesus rested, you better build in your rest, too.

Some people work until they break down. But rest is part of the process.
Jesus focused three years on his universe-defining mission. With only three years to build, you might think that he didn’t sleep and never rested. There were, after all, far more people living at the time than one man could impact in three short years.
And still, he rested…and slept…and rested…and slept…and invited his followers to do a lot of the heavy-lifting.
And we’re still talking about Jesus today.
Your superman/woman complex will kill you. Rest and be a human being.
