In case you weren’t sure, Phoenix is hot in the summer. And yet, as I write this, I’m looking at a dozen people seated outside this cafe, on the patio, in 100+ degree heat. How?
Misters!
The patio is covered with water misters, spraying an ultra-fine mist of water over the whole space, and lowering the temperatures by at least 10 very meaningful degrees.
Add a little patio decor, a few plants and umbrellas, and this place is inhabitable!
I mention it because there’s something you’re avoiding because it seems terrible… or impossible. But you just need misters!
